We help your new leaders discover their own standards and principles from which to operate -their own “operating system”- build productive mindsets and behaviors, and accelerate their leadership performance. By using self-discovery exercises, group and peer-peer coaching techniques, and then behavioral alignment, we’re able to deliver high impact personal coaching at a much lower cost point than traditional coaching models, with even better results because we build in peer accountability, group belonging, improved relationships, and constant improvement through our delivery framework.

The MyOS (“My Operating System”) Curriculum
The model includes before and after 360 assessments, trust building, teaching-learning modules, cohort and small group peer-peer discovery and partnership, as well each participant walking away with their own operating system “MyOS” and a plan to implement it, presented to the cohort. All of this is followed up by periodic longitudinal coaching.
We offer THREE options to deliver our program of self-discovery, design, and implementation of individual operating systems (“MyOS”) to new emerging leaders within the cohort you designate:
EIGHT primary working sessions
TWO half-day working sessions
ONE full day working session
Nine months of longitudinal cohort group coaching follows.
